Project Manager

Job Description :
At the head of a team of data, process and financial analysts, the PM will play a major role coordinating efforts and making sure people have the same goals. His/her main duties will be to support the team on any issues it may have, ensure an on-time delivery of weekly reports for the customer, and keep an eye on the team's performance. to a greater extent, he/she will have to agree new processes and deliverables with the customer, and make sure they're well implemented and produced afterwards.

Responsibilities: :

• Provide a reliable support to each team member. Analyze each situation and capitalize in order to increase whole team's knowledge.
• Make sure every operational worker is clear with his/her objectives, and encourage them to complete these objectives.
• Keep a permanent contact with the customer, understand new processes to be implemented, ensure an outstanding incoming and outgoing communication with him.
• Provide a clear internal report on performances, promotions, success and failures to his/her manager.

• Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to obtain rapid and accurate results from team members
• Strong sense of ownership for self and others
• Willing to expand the role and adapting to various challenges
• Good sense of relationship and customer experience.
• Excellent both written and oral English skills. French is a plus.
• Willing to work for in an international environment for a worldwide company.
• Good knowledge of Telecommunication industry & order supply chain would help.

Data specialist

Job Description :
Working for a French multinational IT company, the data specialist will have to understand end customer needs through Sales specifications, and deliver a comprehensive description of these needs. On a long term basis, he/she will have to keep track of customers' orders from Sales to actual implementation, and ensure an on-time delivery.

Interfaces: :
At the heart of a supply chain optimization process, data specialists receive orders from Sales and have then to engage with a Sourcing team. They also provide weekly reports to financial specialist and to their manager.

Competencies & skills :
Good understanding of database environment
Good at Excel
Fair MS Access proficiency
Good language skills, in both writing and speaking (English mandatory, French is a plus)
At ease with international working environment, open-minded, willing to learn, flexible and result-oriented.

Profile :
Experience: 0-3 years in similar position.
Education: Engineer, IT, Economic or Foreign Languages background, Bachelor or College degree.

WebDesigner

Le Webdesigner est en charge de la réalisation de sites internet. En liaison permanente avec un architecte ergonome basé en France, il aura à sa charge la transformation d’images statiques (.psd) ou de textes (.rtf) en fichiers interactifs (.html) (Découpe html, intégration CSS, etc.)

Responsable IT

Mission :
Le RIT est en charge de mettre en place les solutions de support IT pour les opérations de l’entreprise.
Il définit, met en place et opère les solutions réseau WAN (accès à Internet, établissement des VPN clients, EDI), l’architecture LAN (Domaines, partage de fichier), et la plateforme logicielle (OS, bureautique, groupware, outils propriétaires), utilisée par Officience. Il est responsable de la sécurité et de la confidentialité de l’information appartenant à Officience ou confiée par ses clients.

Vous êtes autonome et muni d’un sens aigu des responsabilités

Profil :
Expérience significative en informatique d’entreprise
Français et Anglais courants
