Hoang Anh PHAN
Director – “IT Development” Business unit

Profile : Graduate engineer from l’Ecole Nationale Superieure de Telecommunications de Bretagne (ENST Bretagne)
Competencies : Agile management, software development in telecommunications & media, CMS, voice applications, VoiceXML, trilingual (French, English, Vietnamese)
Hoang-Anh starts her career as an IT consultant for eZee, a spin-off sponsored by Unilog (Logica today) that specialized in voice applications development. She gains meaningful experience working on implementing and deploying projects for big Telecommunication companies, such as France Telecom and Cegetel. In 2005, she moves on to a new challenge and joins Voxsurf, a London start-up, where she brings her expertise in Java/VoiceXML for the agile development of a messaging solution. She then decides to join the BBC WorldService to acquire a web 2.0 experience in the media industry, in an agile and international environment. She contributes actively to the development of the organisation’s wide CMS and to the integration of the iPlayer, its on-demand video service. In 2010, Hoang-Anh commits to join Officience as the Head of the IT Business Unit, to consolidate and further develop its lines of business.
Sylvain PIERRE
Director – “Process – BPO” Business unit

Profile : Graduate engineer from Centrale Nantes
Competencies : Finance, management, IT, bilingual (French, English)
After graduating from Centrale Nantes in 2006, Sylvain decided to join Officience in Vietnam with the objective to work in a company with a strong entrepreneur state of mind and an real international exposure. He started building with one of Officience’s first historical clients, an international telecom provider, a BPO solution designed to validate order process. Sylvain became then account manager for this client. He brought Officience’s dedicated teams from 10 to 50 analysts and the number of processes managed by Officience from 1 to 10 within 2 years. Today, he is in charge of ” Process & Data Business unit “, Officience’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) division.
Éric LLOUQUET
Director – “Content” and “Clore” Business Units

Profile : Graduate engineer from l’ESIEE (École supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Électrotechnique et Électronique)
Competencies : Project & production management (PMI certified), Information technology, micro-electronics, quality management, testing, trilingual (French, English, German)
Passionate about technology, Eric began his career in 2003 in the semiconductors industry, where he got familiar with production & quality management while working for the foundry Altis Semiconductor (formerly a joint venture IBM / Infineon). His desire to combine technical skills and team leadership naturally led him to project management. Eric joins Officience in 2010, initially as Corporate PMO, before creating his own business unit dedicated to data entry. He combines today the direction of “Data entry” and “Content” business units. In parallel, he is Officience ambassador for sustainable development.
Ngoc Thu TRAN
Director – Human Resources

Profile : Master of conference interpreter CFIT (ESIT), project coordinator for many international French-speaking communities organizations
Competencies : Training, management, project management, trilingual (Vietnamese, French, English)
After significant experiences in setting up cooperation projects for several international French-speaking communities organizations in Vietnam, Ngoc Thu joined Officience in 2006. Having successfully held positions such as HR Manager, Language Based Services business unit manager and Director of Officience’s training center, she is now director of Human Resources. On top of her responsibilities at Officience, Ngoc Thu is often asked to participate in projects promoting French culture in Vietnam.
