After having obtained a Master’s degree in Literature from the Sorbonne, Julie completes her training and graduates degree at Audencia Nantes in 2010. She discovers Vietnam in 2008 when she comes to manage the French Bakery School of Hue and its associated tea shop. She begins her career in 2010 as a junior brand manager at Prisma Presse, the second largest press group in France. After this experience, she decides to come again to Vietnam in order to take up a new challenge: in February 2011, she joins Officience as a Marketing Manager.
